spaceuk | Many folk here will know of Duncan Lunan - of Scotland's ASTRA group and a writer of some speculative space books ? I have learned - through a colleague - that he was unprovocably stabbed with a knife repeatedly in the arms and back in Glasgow a wee while ago. He recovered from that incident only to be stabbed again by a different person - again in Glasgow in the arms and back again - some weeks later! I understand that he is again recovering. I hope you will join me in wishing Duncan a safe recovery and to keep up his interests in space flight |
randy | I wish him a speedy and full recovery. I hope he doesn't lose his interest in space flight. |
albatron@aol.com | Thats terrible, our best wishes from the left side of the pond. A tad strange too, unique attacks done twice like that as those are not areas normally utilized. Any idea what provoked these attacks? |
Carrie | Poor Duncan, he must be so scared now, I hope they can stop the attacks! He's obviously a strong guy; hopefully with our good wishes, he'll stay that way and be able to heal well. Carrie |
bruce | Best wishes for a speedy recovery Duncan. Kind regards, Bruce Moody USA |
Scott | That's awful. Sending many get well wishes from Houston. Scott |
Robert Pearlman | My best to Duncan for a quick and full recovery. |
Midwest Space | Sounds like someone has it out for him. |
WAWalsh | I trust that he will be fully recovered soon. By any chance was he walking the streets of Glasgow in a Celtic United jersey? |
spaceuk | Thanks for all you well wishes for Duncan I'll pass them onto my friend in Scotland for forwarding to Duncan. I do not know if attacks were provoked - I don't think so from the tone of the letter my friend sent. |
